Q: How can I confirm that I am signed up?
A: The best thing to check first is to look in your email inbox for your confirmation email. You can also look up your registration here.
Q: How can I confirm what shirt size I ordered?
A: Your t-shirt size that you selected appears on your confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email, try checking your spam folder.
Q: I placed in my age group, but I was not present to receive my award. Can can I pick it up?
A: If you placed in your age group but were not present to receive your award, you can pick up your award for 2 weeks following the race at Everyday Athlete. We do not mail out awards.
Q: I cannot participate, but I would still like to pick up my swag. Can I pick it up?
A: Yes. You can send a friend or family member to packet pickup to get your race packet & swag.
Q: I can’t come to get my shirt or beanie. Can you mail it to me or can I come pick it up?
A: Send a friend or family member to packet pickup to pick up your items–we do not mail items out and they are not available for pickup after the race.
Q: Are walkers welcome?
A: Absolutely yes!
Q: Are dogs welcome?
A: Yes! And now you can even sign them up! Add them on to your registration for $16 and your furry friend will get their very custom leash. In addition, the Kirkland Shamrock Run will donate $1 to the non-profit Canine Companions for Independence.
Q: Are strollers welcome?
A: Yes! However, we ask that you start towards the back of the pack, to ease congestion at the start line.
Q: What time does the course close?
A: The race starts at 9am. Participants have until 11:00am to clear the course.
Q: Will there be porta-potties at the start/finish? What about out on the course?
A: Porta-potties will be set up at the start/finish area at Marina Park in downtown Kirkland. There are no porta-potties out on the course.
Q: When does online registration close?
A: Online registration will close at 8:00pm on March 9th.
Q: What/who does this race benefit?
A: The Kirkland Shamrock Run benefits several local high school booster clubs. We will post more information to the ‘Community’ page as it becomes available.
Q: Can someone else pick up my packet?
A: Yes! You do not need anything special to have someone else pick up your packet. Just be sure to coordinate!
Q: Can I sign up in person at packet pickup or on race day?
A: Yes, absolutely. You can pay with cash (exact change only), check, or credit card. In-person registration is $45.
Q: Is there gear check?
A: There is no gear check. We recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather and plan ahead.
